Coverage

Where we take you from Cancun Airport

The full list, with the private transfer price. The price is for the vehicle, not per person.

The price shown is the round trip in a private vehicle for up to 8 passengers. Each destination page has all three vehicles and the one-way price. Where no driving time appears it is because the business does not publish one for that destination yet: none has been made up.

How a transfer is priced

The fare is set by the area you are going to, not by the exact mileage or by the hotel. Within one area every hotel pays the same, so it makes no difference whether yours sits at the start or at the far end of the strip. Heading south from Cancun, each area moves up a step.

Prices on this page are for the round trip and for the whole vehicle, up to eight passengers. Nothing is charged per person or per bag, and tolls and taxes are already inside. If there are more than eight of you, or you want an SUV instead of the minivan, the price changes and you see it when you quote, before giving us a single detail of yours.

What you see is what you pay. There is no surcharge for a night flight, for a public holiday or for child seats, and if your plane lands late the waiting time is not charged.

Cancun and around

Everything north of the airport, under an hour away. It is the cheapest band in the catalogue: the hotel zone and downtown Cancun are reached along Kukulcan Boulevard and Avenida Tulum, and Puerto Juárez, Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres are up the Punta Sam road, past the Isla Mujeres ferry piers.

Riviera Maya

The stretch of Federal Highway 307 between Puerto Morelos and Akumal. This is where most of the big resorts are, and a good number of them sit down inner roads off the highway that are not always signposted: shared transport drops you at the junction, we drive in to the door.

Tulum and the south

South of Tulum the drive gets long and the options run out. The Tulum beach strip means taking the coast road all the way to the hotel gate, and Bacalar and Mahahual are four and five hours down the 307: at that distance and at those hours no colectivo is of any use.

Yucatán and the islands

Trips out of the state and transfers that end at a pier. No car reaches Holbox or Cozumel: the transfer ends at the Chiquilá jetty and at the Playa del Carmen ferry, and you cross by boat from there. Mérida and Valladolid mean leaving the 307 for the inland peninsula.

Other places we also cover

Playa Paraíso, Moon Palace, Chiquilá and Chichén Itzá have a rate and are booked the same way, even though they do not have a page of their own yet. Type the name into the "Going to" field and the price comes up like any other destination. If your hotel is not there by name, look up the area instead: the fare is the same across the whole area.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about prices and coverage

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The minivan takes up to eight passengers and costs the same whether two of you travel or eight. There is no charge per bag either. Above eight, the group van seats fifteen and has its own rate, which comes up when you quote.

My hotel is not on the list. Will you take me there?

Yes. This page lists areas, not hotels, and the search box holds the eight hundred and eighty-one hotels we have on file. Type yours and it will tell you its area and its price. If it still does not come up, pick the area it is in: the fare is the area fare and the driver still drops you at the door.

Why do some destinations not show a travel time?

Because we only publish the ones we can stand behind. Eight routes have their time measured and it shows there; for the rest we would rather not put a number down by eye, because the real time depends on traffic on the 307 and on when you land, and a made-up figure is no use to anyone working out a connection.

Do you go to a destination that is not listed here?

Almost always. Bacalar and Mahahual, for instance, are quoted by hand because they are not on the search box yet: ask on WhatsApp and we answer the same day. The same goes for any point on the peninsula you do not see on this list.

Does the price change if my flight lands in the small hours?

No. It is the same at three in the afternoon as at three in the morning, and it does not change on public holidays or in high season either. We work around the clock and the price is fixed when you book, so the one you see when you quote is the one you pay.

Shall we book your transfer?

Check the price for your route in a minute. If you would rather talk it through, reply to us on WhatsApp.
